By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order if necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We accept Cash on Delivery (where available), bank transfers, and secure online card payments through our approved payment partners.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within our stated processing time and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Warranty, Returns & Refunds

All warranty claims, returns, and refunds are handled according to our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty Claims

Eligible Wavytalk products are covered by our official warranty against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period.

To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the warranty claim form or email Support@vanillaskinltd.com with your order number, full name, phone number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.

Our technical team will inspect the product and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface marks that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, liquids, excessive heat, fire, humidity, chemicals, or other environmental factors beyond the product's intended use.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Faults resulting from the use of incompatible accessories, chargers, or power sources.
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or proof of purchase.
  • Any issue that does not arise from a manufacturing defect.

Right to Reject Warranty Claims

Wavytalk Pakistan reserves the right to inspect all products before approving a warranty claim.

We may reject a warranty claim if:

  • The product is found to be outside the warranty period.
  • The reported issue is not due to a manufacturing defect.
  • The product has been misused, abused, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  • Required proof of purchase cannot be provided.
  • The product shows signs of accidental or intentional damage.
  • False, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided during the warranty process.

The decision of Wavytalk Pakistan regarding warranty eligibility shall be final after inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Wavytalk Pakistan or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavytalk Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
